Emotion: Angry - Why?
Emotion: Plain - Why?
Reason: because Deaf World people always show to their face when uses ASL for mood/expression!
Same way: Hearing World people when they feels mood/expression and their voices will sounds like that...
Hope you understand about Deaf Culture!
I created this America sign language for 's requested.
I know only half America sign language because I don't live in America. I grew up in New Zealand uses BSL simliar to NZSL.

Hmm... I think in ASL the eyebrows are usually lowered for 'wh' questions like 'why'. That's how it is in JSL (Jamaican Sign Language). I think it's the same thing in ASL. I'm not sure... :/ An ASL user should be able to let you know.
