Description
This is a picture of a stranded boat at Corpach near Fort William in the Scottish Highlands. It is the MV Dayspring and was stranded in a storm in December 2011. I have taken pictures of this boat before but I thought I'd share this picture with you as it was shot on film (Kodak GC 400) on my old Nikon S2 Rangefinder camera from around 1954 or 1955. It is the first negative I have scanned in my Plustek Optic Film 8200i scanner. No doubt I will improve.Β I shot this in September 2015.Β

Both have their pros and cons, but I still miss 35mm film.
Mama took my Kodachrome away years ago.

35mm film is hard to find, but a lab to process the photos is damn near nonexistent.
I don't even have my own darkroom anymore...digital it is, but not by choice.

I am very lucky as my local camera shop sells film and has a small lab so can develop the film for me too
