I would like to point out that Quasimodo's shadow looks too defined.
I think it would be better if it was integrated in the background somehow, just to it would match the effect that Esmeralda was portrayed as the flames and the only definite object in the picture is the most important recurring yet minor character: Notre Dame.
Just a suggestion tho.
Personally, I'm bothered by Quasimodo's shadow having a definite shape and outline. It looks odd as it's too obvious (or something along the lines of that).
