Contest entry for *Diikae . We had to create one mate for one of her characters so I picked Annalise, [link]

Name: Adrastos ("courageous" in Greek.)
Sex: Male
Specie: Pegasus X Unicorn (I guess?)
Age (on the pic) : 7 years
Personality: He's a very tolerant stallion; he's pretty calm and quiet and rather watches around his surrounding very carefully. Although he's a very determining and unpredictable stallion at times. He's not much of a fighter unless someone really "tugs his tail."

Look, I'm not inspired to write, haven't felt quite good lately, so I apologize for the boring and long RP sample:

The steed was standing alone on that high cliff, swishing his tail to himself and no one else. The breeze would often lift his mane and he'd close his eyes feeling the calmness from the land. Suddenly his ears perked forward to the sound of a galloping horse, below him. He stepped towards the edge of the cliff and his bright red eyes caught the graceful white and red figure. He tossed his neck and nickered before he jumped off the cliff and expanded his wings to fly above the mare.
The mare heard the stallion and saw the shadow on the ground; even on that part pale, cloudy day. She glanced up and smirked, knowing it was probably going to be challenge between her and the stallion. She began to approach the shore and slowed her pace. The stallion landed behind her and she hesitated. The mare glanced at him before she turned her neck again, ignoring him and snorted, "Hmp." The silvery steed arched his neck and asked, "What's a fragile, beautiful and sweet mare doing here so alone?"
The mare turned to look at him, raising an eyebrow and snorted, "Do I look like a fragile and sweet mare to you?"
He grinned, "Definitely."
She smirked, "You judge too fast. Be careful...I'm not one of those mares who falls easily." She began to trot away. The stallion's legs were off the ground and flied in front of her, stopping her way. He asked, "Well, what's your name?"
-"None of your business." She shoved him and began to expand her own wings.
The stallion raised his eyebrows and stopped her again. He grinned, "Well that's a long name. My name is Adrastos."
-"Congrats," the mare said, giving him a bored look and rolled her eyes. She then flapped her wings and began to fly on the sky.
Adrastos followed her and raised his tail gracefully. He followed her and said, "Really, that's a long name...quite unique."
-"Are you been a smart ass?" She squinted her eyes at him. She then twirl her body and flied below, closer to the ground.
Adrastos chuckled and said, "Not at all. There's no harm in me knowing your name."
-Well what do you care, anyways?" The mare asked as she landed on the ground again. The stallion landed as well and he smiled before saying, "Well, I was up that cliff by myself, as usual. And your brightness woke my curiosity."
The mare smirked and said, "You're too curious, you know. Is not always good..." She walked passed him and shoved him again. He grinned and asked, "Are you going to tell me your name then?"
-"No." She said softly and ignoring him as she walked on the sand. Adrastos followed her and said, "How about now?" Suddenly the mare paused and took a deep breath. She rapidly turned around and arched her neck before she pushed her head forward attempting to stab him with her sharp horn. Adrastos backed up but caught a scratch on his chest and raised his eyebrows and said, "Woah, no need to be fiery." He swished his tail side to side and chuckled, "I like you already."
The mare narrowed her eyebrows and squinted her eyes at him. She said, "You get any nearer and next time it will be right into your heart."
Adrastos smiled and stepped forward again, puffing his chest out and raising his silvery tail up high. The mare lashed out her horn again but Adrastros shoved it with his. They began to match their horns and slowly the mare began to back up until she was surrounded. She glanced behind her and only saw the walls from the rocky cliff. Her eyes flashed back at the steed's bright red eyes; her panting was mild. Adrastos panted as well but smiled and said, "You're surrounded...are you finally going to tell me your name?" The mare stood quiet for a few time before she looked at the shore and said, "My name..." Her gaze was intense at the shimmery water. Adrastos cocked his head to a side and glanced at the shore. Suddenly the mare placed her horn up to Adrastos' throat. His red eyes turned to her. She said, "I warned you..." Adrastos smiled and said, "Oh it was very worth it..."
The mare smiled at him, removing her horn off his throat and then said, "Annalise...that's my name."...
