'Your mind is your prison when you focus on your fear' Time FargoOne in four people inΒ the world will be affected by mental or neurological disorders at some point in their lives. As a suffer of anxiety and depression, I feel for all those people in the world who are constantly battling mental health problems. It can consume and control our lives.Β
As a sufferer from mental health problems, I decided to paint an expression of how I feel on a day to day basis with my mental health. The rusted mechanical monster-like creatures are a representations of our oldest and most familiar fears, personalities and characters. They may not make any sense, yet they follow us wherever we go. Mental Health consumes us. We are imprisoned by our own fears we create with our own minds.
