Did this base when me and my friends were doing a collab pic using this base [link]It was meant to replace Storm's base (since no one wanted to use him) but it came out with a different pose from the original >_> I think in the end no one used the base I did XD (well, I used as you can see in the pic but it doesn't count)
Anyways, it's free to use. Don't need permission, just use it. Just don't use my fan character.

That's actually the only drawn base I've ever did. But I also did a Yoshi rider sprite base and an unfinished pixel art Sonic Advance 3 styled (don't think I'll finish this one).
