My oc, Raegan. He's one of the main characters of the story. Still haven't figured out what to do with him D: All that I know of him is that he starts out as one of the 'bad guys' and he works in a (futuristic) motorcycle garage.EDIT: He's part of a gang, a group of people who are lost and have no family and/or home. They are hired by the government to follow Tale and keep an eye on her after she escaped the City illegaly.
