Looks like a pretty irregular character (wasn't sure which term to use, really... x) by her haircut (as a part is short, and the other long), and the way she's wearing her clothes: (on the short hair side, it's a tank top, while on the long hair side, it's a sweater. I guess there is a contrast or something...
