How to draw and anime eye. Various types included, with step by step instruction.

NOTE: I recommend taking screen shots in order to more closely examine a scene, for it goes quickly (This is so you can watch how the eye is drawn rather than read). I'll have a version posted without the animated effect soon.

All eyes drawn are the left eye (looking at a picture it would be the one on the right while looking at you).

Note: Highlights don't flip. If you are going to copy and flip the eye, do it during the shading stage.

Eyes don't have to be drawn like I draw them. The way an artist draws eyes is up to them and is a distinguishing factor to someone's personal works in the anime world. My tutorial is for the most basic and general way to draw anime eyes.
