A nice structure, and I honestly must admit I like the colors used, and the general idea here.
However, if I'm going to be picky I'm going to say the header is ridiculously big and empty, and the rounded edges of the boxes aren't anti-aliased.
One part of the structure I strongly disagree admittedly are the red Home, Blog & Forum "buttons", given it already exists in the Navigation and thus, to me at least, becomes unnecessary and bloated.
