That dude is a washed up pile of crap. Rugrats was made in 1991. He worked on it for 3 years after 1999 and thinks he can determine what fan art of them should look like. He is a washed up asshole.

Love the shading & expressions. Very befitting of the toddler who was always "a-scared"--usually of a certain three-year-old bully who tormented him like a meaner Helga G. Pataki (thanks to Craig Bartlett helping Paul Germain flesh out her personality, during which time he wrote for the show's early seasons)--the tsundere blond in question (especially as far as specific episodes [ [link] ], among other things, would be concerned), & the best friend/rival/voice of reason of said "Queen of Mean" who acted as protector to "the dumb babies".
