Oh I know, I finally got the movies together and I think I've watched "Daemon Rising" about ten times. I felt so depressed I never got a chance to see it as a kid, I know I would have loved her to death back then. XD She's just such a cool villain; she seems so gentle and benign and then she just hoses everyone that tries to stop her. I love misleading bad guys like that.

Ha ha, yes! She is one of my favorite villains for that fact. Plus, because she does act like that and have that personality, it really makes the scene where she totally rejects Hex have that much more emphasis. It was just so angry and different for her.

Oh I know. I think Hex is the only one she shows any real animosity towards, and even then, she accepts her once again once she's a virus once more. I just like how complex her character is. Villains who truly believe what they are doing is right are so much more fascinating than villains who just do things for power, or to be malicious. I mean don't get me wrong, I did and still do love Megabyte's character and villains like him, but bad guys with more depth like Daemon are always amazing to have around.

I'm with you on that for sure! I think that's a big part of her character's appeal. Sure she has a nice design, is powerful and has that unsuspecting personality but a lot of the interest comes from asking, "Why? Why is she doing this? How long has this been in the works?" I actually hadn't realized Turbo had mentioned her long before she ever showed up. It wasn't until I re-watched it recently that it hit me just how long it had been building up to everything. Really got me thinking about it and definitely made me like her so much more!
