I know you're trying to draw contour lines for the stomach area around the belly button, but I think maybe you should refrain from drawing those two lines and simply work on lighting and shading of the belly to make it a little more semi-realistic. I know you can't go back on this particular picture now, but I'm just suggesting that for the future.
Also, the skirt could have been handled just a little differently. It looks kind of stiff to me while the other cloth she holds above her looks free and full of movement.
