Yes~ Nuran can fuse their bodies together, but it's a risky ability. The rare ability is known as Nuran Blue Straggler Fusion, and it's hardly performed due to numerous issues.
A Nuran can only do it with other Nuran, trying to blend it with another race is devastating for both people involved. This applies with other races that use Cosmic Energy, since the blending of the two different species just throws a spanner the size of the Universe into the attempt at fusing a Nuran with a non Nuran.
The fusion is similar to how the Potara Fusion is in DBZ. You fuse everything of the two people, and the dominate traits of the two people are shown more. The single entity has all the abilities, powers, memories, everything from the two people prior to the merging.
Nuran however can break the fusion whenever they want, however the separating of the two is extremely painful for the two involved, since even their Echoes/Souls are fused into one. But to do that they can't be fused for prolonged periods, like a year or more, since the body by that time would have adjusted and solidified the fusion even more. When the two people have split, they retain the memory of their time as one person, but they also gain memories and abilities of the other they fused with. However it varies~

Reguarding Notes IssueI found a work-around.
Has anyone tried the "Send A Note" button on another user's main profile? It looks like this:
Visit the profile of the deviant you wish to note. Once on their profile you will see a button located on the upper right hand side entitled "Send a Note." Click and a small note window will automatically display. Type a simple message in it and hit send. Totally works
