Around 45 million years ago, a new breed of Nuran came into being to coexist with the Prehistoric and Old Nuran. They became known as the Lesser Nuran, due to their smaller structure, stature, Cosmic Power prowess, and the fact that their DNA is different to the typical Nuran. They also have larger pupils and irises while having thinner ears and a longer tail.
They also have much, much larger numbers in the collective population of every Nuran currently alive. If every Nuran from the currently alive Prehistoric, Old, Dark Created, Present Day, Evolved Present Day, Enhanced Present Day, and Created Present Day, were put into a percent chart alongside the Lesser Nuran. The Lesser Nuran would own up to 39% of the collective populations of all the subspecies.

The Lesser Nuran were typically not involved with matters within the Nuran Systems' Alliance due to the majority of the population looking down on the Lesser Nuran, that was until the Revolution on Col'a Forla in which the Lesser Nuran challenged the set standards of the NSA. They won equal rights and stood alongside the other members of the Nuran Systems' Alliance.

Ele’Royri Kaysa was the co-founder of Lesser Nuran Revolutionary party and was still alive during the Nuran Civil War and helped forge the Nuran Republic upon finding a new home for the fractured Nuran Remnant after Col'a Forla's destruction.
