Very nice drawing and good use of colors. 
That pink really gives your work that extra push. It's sexy and fragile at the same time. 
Some pointers would be the upper lip is a little to high on one side. Maybe the neck could use a little more detail. 
The hair has a good flow an some feel of depth. Adding an extra layer would really boost it to the next level. There should also be a little more shading under the earing. 
I think if the model saw this work she would be flattered. Keep it up.
