This is a beautiful portrait. 
The flow and feel of curly hair is very good. 
Beautiful work on the eyes and eyebrows. The right cheeckbone should be a little higher.
Would i have left something out of this work. (i think the neckless)
I would also have stopped where the neckless ends. The chest and breast could use a little more shading and depth. But this is just my opinion. (place a piece of white paper under the neckless just to humor me)
Your skin color is very well build with a good shading under the chin. 
Keep those wonderful portaits comming our way.
