The morning was delightfully sunny and cheery. Summer light shone down into the valley illuminating everything in it. Atobe could feel tiny paws come to rest upon his shoulder. Peeking an eye open the little brown toko Kayla stood tail erect and wagging quickly. He chukled as another pup came into vision. "Goodmorning young ladies." He curtly nodded. "Hi Ato!" Gildres chimed. "Will you go hunting with us? She said you would go!" Kayla yapped innocently. Atobe gave a tilt of his head. "Who said I would?" A large long mane female paced into the room. Looking up, Atboe knew who she was. One of the most known long manes, Tavrani, also Atboe's bestfriend's Great Grandmother. "Greeting's Atobe, my Grandson Rai has told me quite the bit about you." Atobe lifted a brow. "Oh he has, has he?" The graceful Dam nodded. "Indeed. Could you perhaps locate him for me? Kayla would like to take him on this exploration as well." He hopped to his feet. "Yes of course! He's out resting in the forest, I'm sure we'll find him fairly quickly."

Allowing the young pups to work their tracking skills, the two adult tokos followed the roan and brown pups right to a sleeping mass in the cool, shaded forest. Over powered with excitement Gildres launched herself on top of the curly male's back. "OMF!" Kayla swatted his nose while he fluttered his multicolored eyes open. "Seriously?" The male grubmled looking up at the Long Mane and Reversal Tokotas. "Can't you let me rest in peace?" "Nope! We're going Exploring, and you are TOO!" Rai folded his ears back and puffed at Gildrs' comment. "NOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!"
