Hnnnnnggg I'm actually kind of proud of this one. ; o ;
Medibang Paint Pro is awesome for linework mmhmmm <3
Used a bunch of splash / bubble / feesh brushes, which is really
what brings this to life, so kudos to the makers of those~ <3
I also referenced some swimming polar bears off of google for the
poses, which is probably why they have big, cute heads. > u >/♥
