DESCRIPTION:
A busy market square, plenty of stalls and loads of tourists, a pickpockets paradise.Manic is performing his daily rounds of petty thievery, watches, vases, nothing too fancy, but this time he sees something much more fancy.. an unocupied hover-board. as he aproaches it a voice stops him dead in his tracks. " still at it are we?" He turns to discover the board belongs to his old friend rouge the bat. she informs him of the EX World Grand Prix but un-intressted Manic turns back to his daily rotine. A few hours later he sees the contest line up in the local news-paper.
"wave the swallow?" Manics face lit up and so did his spark. wasting no time he grabbed his custom made gear and set off for metal city. its time he visited an old friend.....

I always did think he shoulda been in Riders. A friend of mine nearly thought he was, but it turned out to be Jet
And of course if Sonia were in it she'd mainly use bikes and would be a power-type.
