hey can u teach me how to make a template out of a psd .. i can design a layout .. i need to know how to convert it into text, and then put html details in it !!

cuz when i make it .. it only makes images .. and all of them are in one html file ..
unlike most of the templates ive seen .. they have html tables and text already made !! ..
would u be kind enough to guide me thru ?
