well i design for 800X600. which appear either centered or left aligned on higher resolutions..
u want to design for 100% like DA?

nope i want to be cetered. just like yours. but i always use 1024 as the base, so it becomes definetly crap when i view it in 800.
so if i use firework, how am i supposed to do with the width so it'll be good in both 800 and 1024?

Some people use javascript to find which resolution the visitor is using and if he's using 800x600 they display the version that is meant for 800x600. and if higher, the version for 1024x768 is shown.
It is not recomended though.
however, I would send you some URLs of articles I had. (hope i still have them )
In the end, I figured out that we have to design for 800x600 until it becomes obsolete
