ON THE CHARACTER: I LOVE her face. Quite delicious. She doesn't look much like Kusanagi but she is proper fit and her face EVOKES the Major without being too similar to her in appearance. I also like that you were able to make her red eyes look sexy. That was an impressive feat, as they're not a natural feature and could easily be unattractive. I think you did this by making her eyes quite large, and by carefully selecting her makeup. Well done.

VISION: Her body and posture are both delicious, though her expression leaves a bit to be desired. It's so neutral that I'm not getting much from it. I'd like her to be a bit more emotive. I feel like you COULD have told a story with this image; Why is she undressing in this odd place? Why has she put her weapon down? But by making her face completely neutral you make the image static, and you don't convey any emotional engagement. You light the scene well, and render it nicely and as someone familiar with DAZ I'm impressed by how you got her clothes to look as if they've been discarded (would love to know how you did it). But as pretty as she is I'm not pulled in because I don't feel like I'm looking at a real image of a real person. I feel like I'm looking at an artfully rendered DAZ asset.

My other complaint about the vision is the odd choice of location. I like the asset you used; it's interesting, but it looks like a loo, and not a clean one either. I wouldn't want to be naked in such a place, which makes me want, even more, for her expression to tell me something about why this is happening, what her intentions are.

ORIGINALITY: Obviously you're being deliberately derivative, as this isn't a new character, so that was never going to be maximum. That said, I like her look, so there we are.

TECHNIQUE: Almost Flawless. My only complaint is that the floor is not as good as the rest of the asset, and looks CG. Maybe playing with focus would have allowed you to obscure that and make the overall image more convincing.

IMPACT: It's a pretty picture, but as I mentioned before, making her expression so neutral minimizes the impact. Giving me the hint of a story to pull me in would have made the image more impactful.
