This is a fairly planned story you gave to the character, The character design is Ok at best, but it needs a little improvement, since it kinda looks like a cardboard cutout a little... but your intentions were good none the less, also, I like the color choices you gave to the design, because it's pleasing on the eyes and it's not a seizure inducing recolor. It's pretty innovative when someone on Deviantart would make a character with making a unique, funny, and cartoony personality and stands out from the rest of the Weeaboo Mary Sue and Marty Stu characters you see on Deviantart now... 7/10.
