Revelation 14:20 says:
They were trampled in the winepress outside the city, and blood flowed out of the press, rising as high as the horses' bridles for a distance of 1,600 stadia.
assuming the volume of blood can be described by a cone, diameter 1600 stadia (294.4 km), height about 5 feet (to the horses' bridles), we get 2.766×10^13 litres. A typical adult has a blood volume of approximately between 4.7 and 5 litres. Therefore, we can calculate the amount of people that had to be crushed to produce 2.766x10^13 litres of blood. We'll use 5 litres to be conservative:
2.766x10^13 litres x 1 person / 5 litres = 5.532 trillion people
I did this estimate earlier assuming the volume was described by a cylinder, rather than a cone, and got the 7 trillion. But better math says less people had to die!
Fun fact: you could build around 6 Eiffel Towers using all the iron in that blood

As stated, you took your piece from another puzzle. Therefore, you must find a piece that fits perfectly. Any young student of the Bible understands that the book of Revelation is a symbolic or allegorical book. In it you will find metaphors, similes, hyperbolas, etc.
