Finally got this done. 8D Really proud of this now. Her inner ears glow, her eyes glow, her runes glow, the stripes on her tail glow, and her whole body emits a soft glow. I like to think it's because of the runes, but it's Matt's last say.

The runes on the sign mean "Shine," the one on her forehead means "sun," on her arms are "torch," on her stomach is another for "sun," and on her legs are "day."
