The story is that Gallie's parents are coming over to his house for Halloween. Last year, they made him and his family wear these electric type costumes that they didn't like so they don't want that to happen again 
One year later, which is when this comic takes place, Gallie breaks the news to Gardie that his parents are coming back. In hopes of avoiding them, he and Gardie initiate their plan "Code Green." Gardie goes off somewhere else to barricade their house while Gallie tries to hide the kids at his friend Manny's house.

i´m witing the part 3 of this great comic, and it was very hilarious. i imagine the sounds, and result very funny
