And now, for the time being, I'm taking a break from doing the comic until Poe has some free time.

Until then, I decided to update a few character designs with these studies.

Those of you who rembember my "Magistrate as Trunks" drawings will surely notice that I've made him a little more lean rather than bulky. There are a few reasons for this:
1) Bulky muscles are harder to move. Since the Magistrate becomes faster in this form, it doesn't make much sense to build him like a tank.

2) Muscle mass has to come from somewhere. Since he's very wiry in his base form, I made it so that it would seem more plausible for him to gain a few extra pounds of muscle.

3) Realism. Although it might seem that the bigger the muscle mass, the heavier one can lift, the strongest people alive are actually more like this build: able to generate sufficient leverage coupled with decent resistance.

I'll likely post more character studies like this one. Expressions, turnarounds, what have you...
