Name: Andrew Radrea

Alias: Compulsion

Species: Metasapian

Affiliation: Well meaning vigilante

Powers/abilities:
Passive Neural Overloading- Overwhelms the neural pathways to match his own extending his will onto others subconsciously. This ability is passive and is always active meaning he can't "turn it off" if people are around him they just end up wanting what he wants untill they are not within his range. (About 10 meters or around 30 feet)

Sub abilities:
naturally immune to Telepathy or mental or emotional probing.

Weakness/limitations:
Compulsion's abilities are commonly mistaken for mind control despite having several key difference.
Mind control is a controlled ability not passive. Andrew also can not make anyone do anything he doesn't genuinely want them to do. Mind control also requires Telepathy to work. You have to be able to know what you are controlling in order to use it.
While Andrew's abilities do protect him from Telepathy, by extention of the very nature of his ability, its really not hard know what he's thinking or at the very least wanting.

brave, dexterous, confident, creative, ambitious, rational, practical, observant, analytical, cunning, calculated, humorous, Witty, determined, curious, kind.

Negative: indifferent, isolated, counter, frank, unorganized, questioning, impatient, impulsive, judgmental, shy, conclusive, cocky
