Powers/abilities:
Reactive Adaptation: Victory's body has a super reactive self preservation instinct. This means his body is in a constant state of Adaptation to any threats or even inconveniences that he is initially unable to overcome. for example, an obstacle appears that victory is unable to surpass weather due to lack of strength, speed, durability, understanding, etc. (really just being insurmountable in any capacity.) after having tried and failed his body will adapt in the exact capacity needed to surpass said obstacle. This ability is linked to his conscious mind even if it is a passive/active ability. meaning the Adaptation can not be turned off but can lay dormant untill activated. once activated the adaptation will trigger to however Victory perceives the need to overcome the obstacle. however not so much so that he can just will any adaption he wants

Sub abilities:
Due to his changes being permanent Victory has acquired a battery of different abilities that could easily be a powerset on their own. It is important to remember the extent of these abilities is ever-changing to meet his needs and can not be properly recorded without changing the results. all limitations of powers are an educated guess.
Immeasurable strength- As of last seen Victory can lift around 100-200 tons with no discernable effort.
Immeasurable durability- Last seen being able to withstand all traditional forms of physical punishment with no discernable effort. it is assumed that he can only withstand as much force as he can lift. So discernably 100-200 tons.
Super Speed- Last seen able to move approximately around the speed of sound. also has super human reaction time
Mental Fortitude- Psychic resistance, hyper selfawareness,, hypnotic immunity, pheromone retardant
Retarded Aging- Victory ages immeasurably slow and is completely immune to fatigue.
Flight- Through some unknown aspect of his Meta abilities he is able to fly at supersonic speeds
Advanced Healing Factor- Can heal much faster than normal humans. Healing from dire wounds in some cases within hours.
Energy Redistribution- Can absorb familiar energy and repurpose it in a myriad of ways including self sustainance.
Underwater breathing- His lungs have a system entirely thier own for breathing and filtering in new environments.
Inhanced sensory system- all his senses have adapted to well above superhuman with the added benefit of selective sensory domination.
Immeasurable recall- Can remember in microscopic detail.
"Lucky" guessing- due to a hyper-adapted subconcious analytic observation his guessing can often times seem very "lucky" but not so much that it's mistaken out right divination or foresight
Time anomaly- unable to to be misplaced in time.

Weakness/limitations:
Being the strongest Metasapian in the known universe and due to the nature of his power it would seem that there are no definite or permanent limits or weaknesses. however just because a method won't work twice doesn't mean he'll survive to get a second chance. Some potentially helpful adaptions may be able to be exploited as a detriment to Victory. It has been calculated that the following may have said potential.
teleport negating physiology- unable to be teleported by any means.
power negating physiology-powers that are used on Victory only have effect the first time.
emotionally sound- unable to be swayed from true emotions.
hyper sensory- all senses are unfathomably sensitive.
deeply compassionate - meaning if one could find the identity or friends and family of the hero, it's potentially be a way to get to him. maybe even civilians depending on the chosen targets.
inability to feel fear- meaning he would put himself in high risk situations without much thought.

One major risky weakness is that his abilities completely dissipate in the presence of an identical Metagene i.e. a power mimic
or cloning.

it is because they are either some or most of the time taken too far or have become in some way toxic.)

Origins:
Victory, the world's most powerful Metasapian was not always the incorruptible vision of a perfect human.
Before manifesting the spark of his Metagene, he was about as corrupt as a human can be. Xavian was diagnosed with ultra violent sociopathy, and acquired three life sentences for the tragic murder of most of his family, (most being his mother all three of his brothers ages 16 , 12, and 6. As well as his grandparents, cousin, uncle and supposedly his missing sister aged 17.) His aunt in critical care being the only survivor. It was the irredeemable act that supposedly sparked his ironic metamorphosis into Victory moments before he could finish off his sister. "Out" of prison as Victory and with his new meta-birthed compassion and empathy he lives in a tireless effort to make up for the evils of his life and repair the damage he inflicted upon his family... well that is if he can find his family. He may be responsible for the loss of every one of his now deceased family members, but he remembers perfectly what he saw after his metamorphosis. The strange seemingly unexplained event that "saved" his sister and that crippled and nearly killed his aunt, and he won't stop untill he finds them. He understands it, their disappearances. If he were in their position he'd run and hide as far as he could from that monster too. But if they just knew how sorry, if he could see them, show them, that everything would be okay now. That they would never again have to deal with monsters or cruelty or fear again now that Victory was here everything could be okay. At least he hoped it would.
