So. Not only is this the 35th anniversary of the Metroid series, but in a month from now the next mainline Metroid game is coming! I've been a Metroid fan since I first played Metroid Zero Mission. The announcement of Metroid Dread had me more excited than I have ever been before. I love this series and to celebrate my admiration I'm cooking up a series of pics to represent each of the four main games. Starting of course with the first Metroid and it's remake, Zero Mission. Decided to go with a duel with Ridley for this one, and this is my first time drawing the infamous Space Pirate commander.

PS. Sorry I haven't uploaded here in a while. I haven't had the time to do a lot of online interaction. I have been drawing though and have a huge back log. Hopefully I can get around to posting them.
