Oh that is Fantastic! Is the tape permanent? Or is this let to be finished?

Thank you! This is after I removed the tape. It's an old 1980s technique I haven't seem for a while...

Hi, Liam...gorgeous work. This will sound like one of those stupid questions but, how long does it take to get a page done? I mean, for me, I can turn Β in only one fully painted page per week, like this oneΒ brunostahl.deviantart.com/art/β¦ . I'm trying to figure out Β a way to speed up the process, perhaps more pencils and less paint?
Cheers

It's all techniques and cut corners. Don Lawrence, my mentor, took up to two weeks per page. I try to do a page a day, but some pieces take much longer - three of four days. There's no right or wrong about it, you just have to find out what works for you. Very best!

Good use of tape. I really like the dynamism of the page.

Masking tape - important artist's tool!

You are killing this episode, Liam! I have no idea how we are going to make a motion book out of it...but I'm loving it!

Im a big fan of your work, but one of the things i love the most of it, is that vintage feel, i mean 70s, 80s, 90s vibe, this reminds me so much to some old Den books i had and lost in translation, as always, awesome, awesome work!!!
