Well, I guess I'd better start with something vaguely presentable!

This is Zero, a nefarious Decepticon Warrior of my own creation (though the name was swiped from a Gobot...but don't tell anyone). His backstory is as commander of a Decepticon unit that crashed and was reawakened in WW2 Germany. He's a brilliant strategist and a model soldier who prefers ranged combat since he's a fairly weak hand-to-hand combatant. His alternate mode is a fighter plane and his weapons include machine guns and a sonic cannon.

The picture was drawn in mechanical pencil, then run through Photoshop to add the smoke, flames and fuzzy-photograph effects (yes, it’s meant to be fuzzy!).
