Description
Leon: "Leon S. Kennedy reporting! Soon I will start working in this city, and I hope to work with you, the R.P.D's finest, to make Raccoon a safer place!"Rebecca: "And this is how you can make an explosion with ingredients that can be found in every home! If we had a bit more we could even blow this whole building up!"
Brad: "That new girl scares me..."
Enrico Marini: "I'm telling you, it's a conspiracy. But they don't believe me, no, they laugh at me and make fun of me, but just look at the evidence, the numbers, they all add up..."
Barry: "What is this?"
Joseph: "That's Branston pickle from someone's sandwich"
Barry: "I hope it's not from Chris's sandwich!"
Jill: "Joseph, do you think I should wear something more revealing? Hm, what's this smell?"
Joseph: "It's just sausages in my pocket. You see, I have this camera with me, and when I see some dogs they will attack me. I will film it and send it to "America's funniest home videos" It will be hilarious, I tell you!"
Wesker: "Chris, this report you submitted reads: "We went there and there was a guy and he was like all hohoho we are kill you, and we said no, and it was all like a fight and I had a knife that I..." There's more, but since you used crayon, I can't be certain what's it is... Not that I really care."
Chris: "So? What's the problem?"
Wesker: "Chris, I despise you"

I like the captions for all the characters. Especially Rebeccas, sounds like what you'd get on a kids tv show. 'Here's abomb I made earlier so you can see what it looks like when we're done'

Perhaps Rebecca got a job as a presenter in a kid's science program after STARS.
Somehow I think that would be a fitting job for her.

It reminded me of a kids show called Blue Peter. She'd fit very well into that, either making arts and crafts or visting around the country parachuting or whatever. Haven't seen that show in a while. But it was always very charming.

I've heard of that, mostly from watching British panel shows and stuff.
There was a show called "Pikku kakkonen", I watched as a little kid, and I think it's still around.
They had the smallest budget ever. I mean, this is a pretty good example of their programming [link]
(And for the record, Hapsiainen was the coolest thing ever when I was a kid)
I can imagine Rebecca showing chemical reactions of baking soda and other stuff. And making robots out of milk-cartons. And showing how you can make your own replacement-emblem out of papier-mΓ’chΓ©.

It's still quite popular and influental in its own way. Ace from Doctor Who wears a Blue Peter badge on her jacket. Apparently it was one the actress got when she was younger.

That little hand puppet thing does look kinda cute.
When we were younger we had these videos called 'look and read' which we watched in primary school because they 'slightly' educational. The one we loved the best was caleld Through the dragons eye, where they finally went, screw the eductaion, let's just make a fun story. So it was about these children that went to another world with a dragon and a giant talking mouse. There was also this evil bird/skeleton/wizard thing that scared the heck out of us as kids. He went around melting any of the characters he didn't like. Bloody creepy.
'And showing how you can make your own replacement-emblem out of papier-mΓ’chΓ©.'
I can imagine that would some of the most important pieces of advice ever for the next generation of children in the RE universe.

But I bet you learned that talking to strangers -> melty death.
See? Educational.
There were the educational "Olipa kerran"(Once upon a time)-series we watched. It's originally French, so I'm not sure if you're familiar with it, although I think there is an English dub. But those were educational and fun, one series being about history, one about space, my favourite about how the human body works (all the bloodcells being characters, and you were following their journey to born, carry oxygen and eventually die, and it was just generally awesome)

There was also one series we watched that was about environmental issues.
It was very depressing, which was the point, I guess. It told the story of a toy bear that was thrown away and found itself on a landfill full of discarded items. And three rapping apples.

I prefer to think Chris is not stupid, but his brain is just very very lazy.
So, actually I do mean he is stupid.

They would propably have a lot of time on their hands, I mean how often they would be dispatched? On the other hand, it is Raccoon, so random kidnappings, murders and whatnot are a bit more common than most parts of USA.

Would you rather work in STARS-office or Umbrella-labs?

Me too. Both seem to be high-risk jobs, though.
