I was actually pretty pleased with this one.. I think I'm getting better at shading...As always, Criticism is greatly appreciated.

I can see you're working on your skills and although this is very rough, I can see you've done some good thing. For example, the way you drew the fingers going through the hair was a nice touch. There are some problems with proportions but you did good with that pose. Especially with the shoulders, it can be tricky. I will say you are doing good with the shading! That can be the hardest part of coloring and you've done a pretty nice job with this.
I can see you have a great deal of potential, keep it up!
