Yep, I put paint on my face...
Kinda a weird piece, I know, but I wanted to try something new, and I've always thought makeup art, body art, and face paint were cool. I thought I'd try it out.
For this piece I was primarily inspired by the paintings of Francoise Neilly and the body art of Alexa Meade. (Look them up! Their work is really great!)
I used acrylic paint (and eyeliner right next to the eye to be safe). I didn't have any sort of reaction (I had it on for an hour), but I can't promise that no one else will if they try it... I would definitely say to NOT use oil paints on your skin of course as those are actually harmful. Just saying.
