Expect more of this crap D:<Uuuhh...yes. This scene was asking for it. ASKING! David Shore totally puts gay undertones in this show. Ssshhh. If you don't like House and Wilson having a romantic relationship, I'm sorry. I don't mean to offend, I'm just having fun.
Do you know how hard it is to draw Robert Sean Leonard (Wilson)'s face?! It's so square, he has crazy bushy eyebrows, a crazy jew nose, and a weird mouth. It's okay. I love him anyway.

I'm totally with you on this one! I'm not entirely sure David Shore is to blame, though. Maybe it was Hugh's idea of a running gag or temporary joke to make eyes at Wilson through turning their dialogues around and shading his words all pink... lol. RLS definitely has a BIG part in this whole thing, too, and I don't know if he's even aware of what he's doing and how it looks to the audience.
I agree with you, though, that David Shore is not blind where the undertones are concerned. In S4 he used them to play with us
