The original Avengers teamed up with the original Mighty Morphin' Power Rangers right during the Green With Evil arc. Jason and Cap were able to have a heart to heart and Tommy was defeated and joined the team. This wasn't the only case. What differed in this timeline was the fact that thanks to Doctor Strange, the Green Candle was cutoff and thus Tommy was able to keep his powers a lot longer than expected. Steve Rogers asked Jason, Trini and Zach to join him on Stealth Missions, and they still became the Omega Rangers via the Blue Emissary. Unlike the BOOM! Studios and Original Timelines, Their Metallic Armor were the Dairanger Suits; Power Rangers Squadron had sacrificed their lives during Shattered Grid to help Jason defeat Lord Drakkon and the original five gained the Squadron Powers and Zords. the Sword of Transfer merely copied Jason's powers, and whenever the original three were needed, they still used their original Powers. Jason still retained the Dragon Shield or at least a version of it that acted as his own weapon.

However when years later Civil War hit... OOOOH Dear. Things hit the fan fast when the Mighty Morphin' Team was split down the middle and Katherine Hillard joined the team. Tommy had been given the White Tiger Powers in replacement of his Green Ranger powers but he and Jason co-lead the Team whenever they teamed up. after, Project Hexagon and Norman Osborn's Dark Reign, Tommy gave Jason the White Tiger Coin and Shield, feeling unworthy of the Light of Good. Since then, Tommy reflected on things and trained to regain the trust of the Rangers and the trust of the people and became the White Ranger once more. Both Tommy and Jason began working on something.
