In a premonition sensed by Merlin, the fate of the Multiverse has come of a dark ending. This Dark ending is the machinations of Thanos and Darkseid. Their delusions of this victory. Thanos would have a so-called grateful universe and Darkseid would have his Anti-Life Equation. this is what it would be if the Speediverse had come to a dark and bloody end like Justice League Dark: Apokolips War. However, this future never comes to pass thanks to the Dimension Crossers. However.... Merlin keeps an eye for the possibility of these two or whichever version of these two teaming up. That future will always be null and void. thanks to those of higher power. Not even in the What-Ifs or the Elseworlds would this come to pass. It is only a vision that one must take heed to take care of.

Part of this is in due to my distaste for the edgy and dark crap that comics love to do these days. They love to just make it depressing and sometimes bloody gory. I get it's how hope shines through. I just don't see it having to be that dark and nuts. I get villains are evil and yes that's how'd they be in the real world, but what happened to Super Heroes having great adventures or sometimes just having a wacky fun team up? Eh, I digress if I'm missing out on good stories that are this dark and depressing. Ever since Watchmen, I just... don't really enjoy realism in Super Hero movies that much or the deconstructionism of how Super Heroes really behave in our world and that'd they'd be terrible people and all that.
