Post Crisis, Batman and Wally discuss the events of Crisis and the Flashpoints Barry and Luthor caused. It's also good for Wally to talk to a senior member of the League about grief; losing Barry to the Speed Force. It's also pretty daunting for Wally to stand next to the heroes he grew up with as a new member of the roster. He was so used to being a Titan, to being just the teen. And now he's the adult mentoring Wallace West; his brother who is also named Wally and Barry's grandkid named Bart Allen. What doesn't help are Barry's two kids named Nora and Bart coming from a possible future yet again in an attempt to see their father; that and persuade Nora to give back Jenni Ognats the XS suit. That and teaching two twins named Don and Dawn how to use their Speed. Wally has so much to deal with and not a lot of time to process it so talking to Batman helps.
