I had a friend who was in one of these re enactment groups. He had a working musket and let it off on the sports field here. Someone called the Police and....
well, it was an interesting afternoon.

They wouldn't let me get in any closer to take pictures, which I totally understand, but without a tripod, it was hard to get the action shots I wanted any clearer. This was the best that came out.

They make all their own armor, weapons and everything. It was a blast to watch! I wanted to participate too, but there is alot to go thru in order to do it. I took my massage table and offered massages to all the fighters. I was kinda busy.
