unfortunately, no.
this guy is probably just prior to the Jacobean movement judging by the clothing, the steel sword, the leather work and the complex stitching in his garments.
A Pict warrior would be naked, dyed blue with woad, have hunners of tattoos and his hair styled with lime until the spikes were 'stiff enough to pierce apples upon them'.
Was this taken in America?

Aye, at an SCA event called Pennsic in Pennsylvania. And for him to fight in the battles, he had to have armor. There were a few others who wore less, they were some hard-core fighters, but that's why his leather was "tattooed", at least that is what he told me during our conversation.

i think he was a bit confused as to his history, because those clothes are far too advanced for a pictish warrior.
They were bronze age, not iron.
