I made a new line art for this that I might put up later
I hope ShadowTimberwolf will like this as I used a lot of time getting the markings and the glow right.

Also, and easy way to do glow (in Photoshop at least) is to go to the layer blending options, and put outside glow as the color, then just mess with the numbers and stuff till ya like it! I'm Hopeless with Gimp. XD.

I had fun making this on the other hand as it was a lot of work and I learned a few new things while struggling to get the glow like I wanted it and make it look real

well that's pretty easy, you have to keep in mind one source where the light comes from and use it as reference of the scale of colors and the shadows

practice is the only way, that's what i do with every single of my drawings, if you look at my gallery you can see all my first drawings are only linearts made with windows paint, then i tried to color one and started practicing with photoshop.
