Assuming that the show is based in a more advanced present time and Caesar being at least ten years older then rex he would have been around 21 for the event (still technically 21 after considering he didn’t age 5 years within the fifteen minutes he was in his lab.) So That would make Caesar a 90’s kid. And you know Caesar would have watched all those science educational programs then had back then.
