Description
I didn't want to make such long files, but I'm so lazy to click "submit" more often.OC sketches, lore-bonded bad jokes, thoughts about and searches for characters' designs and locations for their stories.
I will explain only text-parts, and all the rest of it, I guess, doesn't need this for understanding. But if I'm mistaken, you're always free to ask.
| 3rd is a thing from DA comments. A cute person wanted to see Calli “saw something that makes her mouth water”. She will spit out a stream of water from under-head, not with all her big mouth, so nothing special. Still, pretty funny thing.
| Sal’efes’ parenting is related to [this text ].
| The last thing is about the method of reproduction of different species. Mollusk and plant discuss mammals there. Although, as far as I know, my primates-bros also find pretty hard in terms of relationships even other primates.
_______
(I’m not sure how true my translation is, - at all, - but the end of the year is near and I had to finally save all this, put it out and proceed to larger-scale files. Nevertheless, you can kick my lazy butt and I will fix things.)

Those sand textures look rad. But who`s the Person with the funny hat and the feathered cloak? They look interesting, I want to know more About them. Anyway, the Zombie horse teaching ist kid to behave is priceless.

It's Starling , his colisule appearance option. I just changed my mind to give him this feathery cloak, but the outline of the cloak was pretty cute and I didn't want to just delete it x)

Wow, I didn’t know!! Oh my, this is a cool thing, man! I like to make references to folklore and fairy tales! Ooh, I’ll have to think about it, and even if not this guy, then there’s still a bunch of birds that such a thing could very fit! Thank you so much for such interesting information, it can really help to keep this cloth and make it useful for stories and general aesthetics! Awwww, I'm very grateful!!! *U*

OMG, THAT LEGEND IS A GRANDMOM OF FAIRY TALES MY GRANNY READ ME ABOUT SHAPESHIFTING WOMEN WHEN I WAS SMALL. It's so cute!
And btw yes, it was the initial idea of this cloak, the full changing of char's appearance! I used the knowledge of old fairy tales in their world for the general system of the shapeshifting topic, and tried to imagine an “item” that this character used to “leave his true skin somewhere”. But then I decided that a cloak is a thing that is too easy to spoil, and it would be unsafe to wear such beauty x)
However, I didn't know that the fairy tales I used as reference have such a close relationship with the magic cloak for flying! The second idea still sounds very cool to use! <3 I think I will try to find a translation of the German fairy tale (or, if you found it in English, I will gladly accept your link) and read it for inspiration and extra-info. And all this can really be used in a rather interesting way! Thanks again for the dose of inspiration! *-*

Exactly! I wrote about this shifting feature under Death's page , but you understood everything absolutely correctly
YEP, I also thought that it is the most irrational way to use this method of shapeshifting, despite all its possible visual coolness x'D Well, the world is still full of interesting stuff to find something more useful... Although there is also a possible option to hide such a cloak in an iron chest x)
I only remember a fairy tale about a frog princess from Slavic folklore, but she was cursed and her frog skin was burnt by her love interest to "made her stay". But I’m sure I heard more variations, which, unfortunately, I don’t remember either :")
OMG, the level of unexpected twists in the plot of this tale is almost like in modern series, wow!!! But these parents are... well, REALLY strange ones x) Thank you for telling me this tale! I don’t know the German language at all, so, you helped me a ton, aww~ <3

Oh, I played, but ... pretty oddly way x) I didn't play classic role-playing games (very late knowledge came to me that such things as DnD exist at all). My early youth passed in text forums with the game for dragons, lions and other four-legged animals, it doesn't look much like the same DnD with their many stats, game-master and the need to describe every lore-detail of the character. Something maximally light and very simple, w/o randomness and big lore. And video games, sure! But in them I haven't seen shape-shifters (if only in WoW-mmorpg), alas x) So for this system, I was mostly inspired by fairy tales. But do such video games really exist, with the possibility to play for two shapes? God, I would play if you know any of the titles! *-*
Or were these tales of more modern time, written on the basis of folklore ... Oh, who knows! But yes, the prevalence of shape-shifters in all possible popular beliefs, in addition to shamanism, is a cool feature. I've never heard of this about clam-girl, sound epic as well! I tried to find a fairy tale about a shape-shifting dragon, but I couldn’t. However, probably, the dragons in fairy tales do everything possible, these are dragons after all... x)
I hope that you also had a good new year and Christmas, and wish you a pleasant winter season!

I am flattered to hear that! It’s really cool that the world looks capable of being a role-playing game or something like that, like ... potential, haha!
Yes, text role-playing games were really quite interesting entertainment and helped to think about working with characters and scripts even at an age when this isn't important. Well, and good memories, of course!
Ahhh, I heard about Castlevania as about cool old game, but never checked out like so many other cool games, it's such a pity!. The description of this part of the Zelda is really intriguing, but it isn't for a computer, which means this path is closed to me, eh ouo Nevertheless, it’s cool to know that there are such games. I think shape-shifting is a rather interesting topic, it's a pity that it is rare in an interesting game-performance!
This, this is like Kelpie, but also shape-shifters! Yes, I think I would go into a swamp to pet a white horse ... Ahem x) How legends are full of this theme, after all! This is really cool and there is where to get inspiration!

To be honest, I never planned to do anything with this place except to use it as a background for characters' stories ^^'
Yes, that makes sense. Two skins need twice as much work. And I still remembered not-quite-RPG, and not-quite-shape-shifting, but the "Transformers" games... :"D They were pretty good x)
A horse playing the violin and turning into a human ... Oh, that sounds amazing! The most worthy seducer :"D
Yeah! And it could grow into a cold war and a bunch of gossips... A very strange story, but given the wonderfulness of cats and dragons, this is really an equal battle x)

Ahaha, never thought if he ever hired apprentices. Probably, given his seams, he could have enlisted the help of, you know, “guys in business”. But the trade homemade alcohol is usually not the most legitimate activity, apprentices need to be careful and silent... owo Yes, this whole topic is, of course, interesting. But for text games, I do not have enough knowledge of English. We can only hope that one day the translation of ordinary answers will take less than 2 hours :"D Then social activity probably won't scare me that much xD
Yes, the one I played really was fun, especially when trying not to crash the car-shape :"D

Perfection. As in завершение. I hope it's the correct word.

You are so kind, man!!! I'm very pleased to hear the support and the fact that the time spent is visible and appreciated! It is really touching and heartwarming, thank you!
*hugs*
I was so surprised, really! WOW, Cyrillic! One of a great number of synonyms, but usually "завершение" used in the sense of "after all/the end [of the event]". If I understood correctly, you associated this word with the last English one [perfection], then synonyms "совершенство, безупречность" are more relevant here. Although! Your phrase also makes sense, as there is an expression, "summing up[also a close meaning], it's perfection/ В завершение скажу: это безупречно". It all depends on what approach you used, I could be wrong and there is a third option, sorry then :"D And I will be glad to hear the idea itself too~!
Oh, there were used a variety of brushes! From a certain “Canvas Brush”[Apparently, you are talking about it as an oily one, and yes, it’s very like the oil and really gives a wonderful texture!] to “Guash”, as well as “chalk”, "oil paint flat brush" [no texture, but comfortable square shape and good color mixing], “watercolor” [by gods I don’t know why it is called that way, it doesn’t look like a watercolor at all, hahaha. This is a brush i used for parts without textures.] and “tone scratching” [sandy ones].
If you were looking for a good brush for paintings, then the “canvas brush”[textured one] is not provided for ClipStudioPaint as default brush, but it is downloaded in their community for free and was made by one of the talented users. It's really cool, oh yes, it’s definitely a golden chest!

I may use Russian more and more to practice it. So I dont lose my skills. Get ready for toddler like Russian in future comments
I meant perfection as in, the end product. After its completed. Because I won't take away the pains and bumps that come with drawing, even sketches. Like, I see the hard work you put into every line and stroke and that adds to the perfection. But I may have needed to make a fuller sentence to get that across, my bad :'3
I heccing knew it. I realised the basis you used was made to mirror oil pastels after I watched my mum play around with oil pastels, and after I was playing around with a oil pastel brush on Photoshop. (While waking up, drinking my morning coffee to be exact.) The texture and strokes it gave really helped to give it the soft, but grounded feel that your art has.
... Its currently my new favourite brush and I will only give it up once my hands fall off haha
Aah sadly I cannot take your brush recommendation as photoshop owns my soul. It was the very first art program I ever used that wasn't Microsoft Paint and no other art program has spoken to me as it has.

Good idea really! Social media as a platform for language practice is a really helpful thing, and I'm always ready to support the development and saving of your skills! <3
Ahhhh! This is a very beautiful meaning! And it’s so great that you see that even the sketches dumped into the sketch dump, - not separately for one reason or another, - are the result of hours of work. Really so cool to feel this support and understanding, awwwww. quq I think the word was really chosen correctly then! Sorry for my misunderstanding and a lot of words! ^^'
Yay! I like to choose pastel in traditional graphics too, it really gives a very nice texture on the corresponding paper. And it's great to hear that you have a similar brush in Photoshop! All programs are good if they give pleasure and are comfortable in the artist's personal perception. I hope you will have a joyful time working with a brush of a similar texture <3 Textures for some reason bring a little magic to the drawings, I don’t understand why, but it's cool. ouo

It's perfectly fine. I do tend to use language a bit differently, and it takes a while for people to get used to it and learn how I talk. So ask away whenever you are confused.
Texture does help to keep the art from looking too plasticy. Helps to give it more life.

Okie-dokie, thank you for being so kind <3
I guess you're right. Before that, I thought that “ppl want to look at a traditional drawing because it’s a habit,” but the reason for the plastic sounds much better. After all, when the background in movies is too clean, the film looks extremely unnatural and maybe "uncomfortable" a bit. Now I understand this thing better!~
