Due to his heritage, Orris has dark skin, though his is lighter than Clara in terms of skin tone. He has alot of traits from his father, including a slender nose and bright green eyes. At 169cm (5'5"), he's around the same height as a majority of his friends and classmates, though he is still shorter than his older sisters. Like the rest of his family, he has cat ears and a cat tail, both which are the same colour as his hair. He has a birthmark on his left thigh, which is just shaped like a blob.
His usual outfit consists of a red shirt with 'Catz' written on it and with a blue cartoon cat on it, jeans, white socks and black shoes. He wears a watch on his left wrist.
Skills: Orris has taken taekwondo since he was 12 years old, and so he has a bit of strength to his name. He is also an artist.
Personality: Orris is a curious, loud and optimistic individual. Following the popular saying "Curiosity killed the cat", Orris is indeed a curious person, known for his love of mysteries and drama. This curiosity can get the better of him, as others have cited him as being a bit nosy and has gotten him into alot of trouble in the past. He is also considered a delightful person to be around- his cheerful and laidback attitude rubs off onto his friends and family whenever they're around him. He is considered to be quite popular among his classmates as well.
Orris is a very empathetic person, always wanting to make sure that everyone gets what they want as long as it doesn't hurt anyone. His empathy is often overshadowed by his sarcastic remarks about certain subjects, which can make him come off as a bit insensitive, when really he's the opposite of that. Speaking of his jokes, he makes alot of jokes about himself. As in, a concerning amount of jokes. Maybe he needs a bit of help.
Orris does not get along with quite a few people, including the Human Tribe near his town and his step-brother Cordin. He can hold grudges for a long time, but he will forgive people over small incidences. He tends to be a messy person too, leaving a trail of mess everywhere, especially in his room.
Backstory: A long time ago, scientists discovered the existence of 8 fantasy creatures. Using serum that was developed to create hybrid humans, they spliced the hybrid's DNA with the DNA of 8 other workers, testing the serum on them. The end result- the now-hybrid people destroying their containment chambers, stealing and developing more of the serum, & declaring war on the remaining humans. Within 5 years, most humans had been either killed or turned to hybrids. The remaining humans were banished to the outskirts of towns and states in the newly-formed kingdoms, however some were accepted as time went on.
Orris, born way, w a y after this war, was the 3rd child born to Ana Munoz, an Acaradian cat-hybrid. Raised by both his mother and grandmother, Orris grew up peacefully, with a growing family and eventually a step-father. Aside from tensions between him and his step-brother Cordin, life was pretty good for Orris.
One day, when he was 15, Orris stumbled across an abandoned warehouse on The Field, a giant field near his high school. There were rumors that the place was inhabited by humans, and Orris was wondering if it was true. So like the nosy kid he is, he entered the warehouse to see if the rumors were right. As it turns out, they were- a Tribe of humans were there, living in the warehouse. They instantly threatened him, telling him to leave and never tell anyone he was there, otherwise they'd kill him. Shaken by this, he left the warehouse, wondering why in the world he had even bothered going in there.
All was okay until the next morning, when he woke up to a human girl sitting in his desk chair. Screaming, he was instantly smothered by his pillow, shutting him up. The girl, who was now shoving a pillow into his face, introduced herself as 16 year old Erin of the Burson Tribe. She had always wanted to live amongst the hybrids, and Orris's appearance had finally driven her to go off and actually live with the hybrids. Orris's family took her under their wing, and she quickly became friends with Orris, who promised to help her fit into his town. But there is still the risk of the Human Tribe, who are still looking for their missing member...
