I already knew that Flowey was a character that is aware of the player and multiple timelines. But I didn't realize how many different dialogue he actually has! I just thought he said something different at the end or if you kill certain people. But there are a lot more moments where he talks to you. He says something different at practically everything!

I couldn't find all of his responses, but here are a few I found, that I didn't know before, and that you might not know either.

Most players will do a neutral run on their first try, as they don't know yet that they need to go see Alphys and Undyne to get a true pacifist. Usually you'll just reload your previous save file. But if you chose to start the game all over again, this is what Flowey says to you:

I found this video really interesting; it's like he really wants you to get a happy ending. (look at 7:36min) He says: remember to be friends with everyone and then says "we just want you to be happy. Good luck." That really impressed me that he would say that.

This one happens if you kill flower in a previous run. But if you kill him and then play again, not only does he remember but he doesn't give you another boss fight. He takes the souls with him and runs away, which means he prevents you from getting a good ending. Also, I'm not sure but I think he doesn't appear at the end to tell you what to do if kill him. So you're basically screw to get a pacifist ending by yourself because he doesn't tell you what to do. Your only way to get a pacifist ending if you've killed him is to look it up on google, since he doesn't tell you what to do anymore.

Here's also a slightly different response but I don't know when he says this. I think it's if you've failed to do a pacifist run in your second playthrough (?)

We all know that if you try to do a pacifist ending, Flowey will tell you at the end what to do (like go see one of the characters). I couldn't find footage of it, but apparently if you've accidentally killed Toriel on your first try but don't kill anyone else, instead of telling you to go see Alphys or Undyne or Papyrus, like he usually does, he says something like: "try to go a full game without killing."
