Description
Downtown Winnipeg... behind a creepy building in the exchange. My friend says she thinks people live there. I said it looked too much like a loading dock for it to be "rentable". Meh, it's still up for debate.

I clicked on the thumbnail because this looked like it might work for a manip I have in mind, but alas, it won't.....
HOWEVER, Winnipeg caught my eye in the description, and the exchange district is my favourite part of that city (I live in Brandon so go there often!), so I've decided to fave it and come back to work on something with it later!
