Description
One last submission before I curl up in the corner in the fetal position, stressing over AWA!
This one happened at AWA last year--
While wandering around one evening at the con, myself and =SChedgehogxX (cosplaying as Greed & Ed *rofl*) strolled through the Artist Alley area. One generous artist had a bowl of candy at her table, and gave us some. I got a green-apple Jolly Rancher.

Tess-chan had no problem with her's.
Mine, however, had melted just enough to form a molecular bond with the plastic wrapper.
Anyway, I picked at mine for several minutes while we walked around, trying to pull all of the plastic bits off of the sticky candy. |D;;; After about 10 minutes, I got it about half-unwrapped, gave up, and just started sucking on the whole thing.
While walking down one of the aisles in the Alley, a guy with a video camera stopped Tess and asked her what she'd do for a giant Pixy Stik*
(What's the singular form of "Pixy Stix"? Is it 'StiCK'? Or just 'StiK'?.... *confoosed*)
She thought for a second, then spun around and pointed her armblade at me, and said, "GREED!! I challenge you!! >A<"
I, in the meantime, was off in my own little oblivious world, busy sucking on the Jolly Rancher, wrapper and all.
By the time our "fight" was over, her armblade was torn off at the velcro and I had a claw ripped off.
But we BOTH got giant Pixy Stix. :9 (I still have mine as a trophy. XD)
...and I still say I won. 9w9; *whistles nonchalantly*

LOL And so the epic battle between Ed and Greed rages on. XD Oh, and I'm curious about how you made the claw-like hand on your Greed cosplay since I'm thinking maybe doing a cosplay of him one day. :3

Oh, it was actually pretty easy--
For the claws, I just used some black plastic "witch nails" from a Halloween store.
The "shield" is just black latex body paint (bought off ebay). 
The catch is that the latex clings to hair really badly (arm hair, in this case). The first con that I did the shielded arm, I came home with 2/3 of my forearm BALD. It will rip out almost every hair, and it HURTS. o_o; It's like ripping off a band-aid that covers your entire arm. ._.;

And I remember seeing this from far away and I wanted to run up and take pictures, but I was going into a Panel at the time that I couldn't miss. XD

(speaking of which, I've drained 3 printer cartridges and killed over 100 sheets of photo paper over the past 5 days...)

XD Awesome! ^^ Yeah, my friends seem to get me to do some crazy stuff at cons.... I'm usually one of those "sit back and watch OTHER people do silly things" types, so I think my friends are trying to get me to loosen up a bit.
Can't wait to see what happens THIS weekend!!

Something like that happened to the con I went to, only the candy ( which were gummy bears) said : NON-POISIONIS CANDY. TAKE SOME! : D

I was dressed as Envy. A friend and I had the brilliant idea to give out red gushers to the homunculi that wandered by. However, two of them, a Greed and a Sloth, decided that they wouldn't LEAVE that they would instead stand there and discuss Dragonball Z for 15 minutes. it ended with me having to chase them both off.

LOL That reminds me of the time of the last convention I went to, I was talking to Lex Lang and Vic Ma... however you spell his name lol (voice of ed) and a girl was randomly challenging me to a duel. She kept poking her cloud sword at me (that was her friends cosplay prop) I said to them "... excuse me for one second" I turned to her and fought her with my spear, I beat her and go back to them and went back to talking. She comes over again and starts poking me with the sword and smacking my butt with it too. I start fighting her again and again I beat her. When I go back to the guys they are both laughing at this and laughing as they see the same girl trying to sneak from behind. I stay where I'm standing and just poke her gut with my spear and I keep talking to them. When they had to go I got my hugs and the girl was waiting for me. She says "It is time samurai!!!" I'm pretty aggressive while sparing and I don't want to brag but I'm pretty bad-ass with a spear lol. I kick her ass again and knock the sword out of her hands. She says "OW" and laughs at the same time LOL. t was a weird yet fun way to end a con lol

(Yah, I agree. XD Given that it's spelled with an "x" in the plural version, I think it's just "K". ^^)
The giant stik is a plastic tube, over a foot long, and about as big around as my little finger.
I have an unhealthy addiction to Pixy Stix.
