very cool, I like the brown stripes. How do you give the arrows the glow effect? do you do that in photoshop?

I did it in illustrator. I am pretty sure you can do it in photoshop. The effect is called outer glow. You will probably find it in the styles thingy ( you know where you can apply stuff like drop shoaddows and all that jazz.) hope that helps you
